The blend is 90% acrylic and 10% bamboo with no wool, so it also suits babies who react to animal fibers. For anything a baby will hold or chew, embroider details instead of adding buttons, and keep ties and cords short.

How many balls of Baby Best for a baby blanket?

A stroller blanket usually takes 3–4 balls and a crib blanket 5–7. Each ball holds 240 m; a blanket of about 70 × 80 cm needs roughly 700–900 m, and one of about 100 × 120 cm 1,200–1,600 m, so 1,600 ÷ 240 rounds up to 7. Textured stitches and crochet use more yarn than plain knitting.
